Who we are. HireScience ("we") operates hirescience.ai, connecting financial services and life sciences companies with senior subject-matter experts. Contact: info@hirescience.ai.

What we collect. When you start an engagement brief or apply to the Guild, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, your answers to our questions, and any file you choose to attach. We also record your consent choices with a timestamp and a hashed (not readable) form of your IP address.

What we do with it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to match engagements with experts, and, only if you separately opt in, to send you our newsletter. We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers.

Emails. We send a confirmation email when you submit an inquiry, and our team replies personally. Transactional email is sent from our own domain.

Cookies. This site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to function. Optional analytics are off unless you enable them in the cookie banner, and are cookieless and privacy-respecting when enabled.

Retention. Inquiries and applications are kept for up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time at hirescience.ai/privacy-request. Deletion is automatic. You can also write to info@hirescience.ai.

Transfers. Our systems are hosted in the United States. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred there when you submit a form.
